All Candidates who wants to apply please forward your application on blank paper, along
with attested photocopies of educational certifies, domicile, 2 x passport size
photographs and along with all original documents will report to District
Health Complex, District Health Authority, main road sector 4 B, Khayaban
Sarsyed Rawalpindi.

All candidates will be enrolled on contract basis.
3-
Enrollment will make only for 89 days. Enrollment period will be start date
which is mentioned in your joining letter.
4-
The candidate must have a Domicile of Punjab province. Local people of Rawalpindi
area will be given preference.
5-
No separate letter should be written for the interview. Recruitment will be on
a first come first served basis.
6- Only
candidates with ID card issued by NADRA will be eligible for interview.
