CSS Exam 2023 Brief |
CSS exam 2023 online registration and screening test will be conducted by the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) Islamabad for the enrollment of candidates (Male and Female) for the posts of (BS-17) in the 12 Occupational Groups and Services under the Federal Government. Details and description as noted below.

CSS Exams 2023 Online Registration Procedure |
Exam centers:
20 main cities of Pakistan including Abbottabad, Bahawalpur, DG Khan, DI Khan, Faisalabad, Gilgit, Gujranwala, Hyderabad, Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Larkana, Multan, Muzaffarabad, Peshawar, Quetta, Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Turbat and Sukkur simultaneously. The conduct of the examination is subject to the availability of sufficient number of willing candidates in that particular city.
Eligibility:
Both candidates (male/female) including special persons who are having at least 2nd Division in Bachelor’s degree and age must be between 21 to 30 years are also eligible. Age relaxation 2 years are available for categories mentioned in Rule 6 of CSS Competitive Examination Rules-2019 and onwards, subject to fulfillment of documentation requirements. Last determining date for checking of eligibility criteria of candidate i.e. age, qualification, domicile and other documents is up to 31 December 2022.
Procedure for submission of application:
All candidates can apply online for Preliminary MCQ Test from 8 August to 22 August 2022.
Examination Fee:
CSS Exams 2023 MPT fee is Rs. 250 and for the written exams test is Rs. 2200. Students will be deposit in the nearest Govt. Treasury / State Bank of Pakistan / National Bank of Pakistan under the account head “C02101-Organs of State Exam fee (FPSC Receipt) vide the respective challan form.
If name not include in held / rejected list:
Candidate will write an application to FPSC and provide them the original TR copy or the required document held. The department will call you before / after the written exams. If they don't call before the exams, you will still appear for the exams. Once you appear before the panel and if you fail to provide them with the required documentation, your written results will be withheld.

CSS Exams 2023 — Important Notes for Candidates |
- Download computer generated Admission from form Federal Public Service Commission website. In this regard no intimation shall be sent to candidate through respective post etc.
- No need to submit f hard copy for online registration of CSS Exams 2023 MPT test. But hard copy of computer generated application form along with relevant documents will be presented at the time of written exams.
- Examination Centre will not be changed after selection.
- Wong entry of CNIC Number & Date of Birth in online registration form may be lead to rejection.
- Last date for checking of eligibility criteria i.e. age, qualification, domicile, and documentation is 31 December 2022.

CSS Exams 2023 Document Checklist |
Only CSS Exams 2023 MPT qualifiers candidates can be appear in written test of CSS Exams 2023. Candidates will submit the following documents for appearing in the CSS 2023 written exams after passing the screening test (or the MPT). Hardcopy of documents must be to FPSC on 24th November 20, otherwise candidature will be rejected. Admission Certificates for the written exams will be available at FPSC website by 15 January 2023. No further letter will be send to candidates.
- Hard copy application of online application duly along with original Treasury Receipt
- Photocopies duly attested of Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC), Degree(s), Domicile Certificate and other connected documents.
- Matric certificate duly signed and showing date of birth, attested copy of Intermediate school certificate. Provisional Certificate / Result Card / Marks Sheet will not be acceptable.
- Recent 4x passport size photograph (attested on back side) with mentioning your name and father’s name).
- Disability Certificate issued by competent authority (if applicable).
- Candidates who were belonging to Azad Kashmir are required to submit the certificate from the Kashmir affairs division. -Certificate of minority (if applicable).
- Government servants must be forward departmental permission (NOC).
- Bashinda certificate if candidates belong to Federal Tribal Areas candidates or Gilgit-Baltistan.
Note:
Written examination fee Rs.2200/- will be
deposited before 14 November 2022 and forward online application to the FPSC before
14th November, 2022.
