To remove a channel from
your WhatsApp Status, follow these steps:
1.
Mobile
Users:
o
Open your
WhatsApp mobile app and tap on the Updates tab.
o
Scroll
through the list of channels displayed under the Updates tab and find
the specific channel you want to remove.
o
Once
you’ve located the channel, tap on it to open it and access the channel’s
settings.

WhatsApp
Web Users:
o
If you’re
using WhatsApp Web, go to the Channels page.
o
Among the
listed channels, identify the one you wish to remove.
o
Click on
the channel’s name to open it and access the channel’s settings.
3.
Accessing
Channel Settings:
o
On your
mobile device, you can typically find the channel settings by tapping on the
channel’s name or profile picture.
o
If you’re
using WhatsApp Web, look for an option or icon that represents settings (e.g.,
a gear or three dots).
4.
Deleting
Your Channel:
o
In the
channel settings, you should find an option that says “Delete channel”.
o
Select “Delete
channel”, and WhatsApp will typically ask you to confirm your decision by
entering your phone number.
o
After
confirming your phone number, tap (on mobile) or click (on web) the “Delete”
button one last time to confirm the deletion of the channel.
Once
you’ve successfully deleted the channel from your WhatsApp Status, WhatsApp
will provide you with a confirmation message.
