Selection Process for Joining the Pakistan Army through PMA:
The
selection procedure for Join Pak Army PMA involves several stages:
1.
Written/Intelligence Tests: Candidates are required to take a written test
comprising multiple-choice questions that assess their knowledge in subjects
such as English, Mathematics, Pakistan Studies, Islamiat, and General Knowledge.
2.
Physical/Medical Tests and Interviews: Those who successfully clear the
written/intelligence tests advance to the physical and medical examinations,
along with interviews conducted at AS&RCs (Army Selection and Recruitment
Centers).
3.
Physical Test: Candidates must accomplish the following tasks:
❇️ Run 1.6 kilometers in 8 minutes.
❇️ Execute 15 push-ups within 2 minutes.
❇️ Perform 20 sit-ups within 2 minutes.
❇️ Complete 3 chin-ups within 2 minutes.
❇️ Cross a 7 feet 4 inches by 7 feet 4 inches
ditch, which is 4 feet deep.
4.
Psychological Assessment: Candidates who pass the physical test are subjected
to a psychological assessment test.
5.
Final Interview: Qualified candidates undergo a final interview in front of the
selection board at AS&RC.
Salary Package:
Based on our estimate and research, candidates can expect a minimum salary of 30,000 PKR and a maximum of 40,000 PKR.
