The Selection Criteria for Joining the Pakistan Army through PMA involves a series of steps:

1. Written/Intelligence Tests: As part of the selection process, candidates take a written test comprising multiple-choice questions that encompass subjects such as English, Mathematics, Pakistan Studies, Islamiat, and General Knowledge.

2. Physical/Medical Tests and Interviews: Those who successfully pass the written/intelligence tests move on to undergo physical and medical assessments, along with interviews held at AS&RCs (Army Selection and Recruitment Centers).

3. Physical Test: Candidates are required to complete the following physical tasks:

▶️ Run 1.6 kilometers in 8 minutes.

▶️  Perform 15 push-ups in 2 minutes.

▶️ Execute 20 sit-ups in 2 minutes.

▶️ Accomplish 3 chin-ups in 2 minutes.

▶️ Cross a 7 feet 4 inches by 7 feet 4 inches ditch that is 4 feet deep.

4. Psychological Assessment: Candidates who clear the physical test proceed to undergo a psychological assessment.

5. Final Interview: Successful candidates appear for a final interview in front of the selection board at AS&RC.

Salary Package:

Based on our estimations and research, candidates can expect a minimum salary of 30,000 PKR and a maximum of 40,000 PKR.
